Meet the Founder
Hi, my name is Yadira, I am 28 years old and engaged to the love of my life. I love dancing, shopping, drawing, listening to music, and spending time with my loved ones. My parents left their home in Guerrero to come here and try to provide a better life for my siblings and I. Due to that fact, I have always tried to take advantage of the opportunity that was given to me. I always try to make my parents proud of everything that I do. These past few years have been difficult with so many changes. But through it all, I haven't let that get to me. I have worked full time as a medical assistant for the past 6 years. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, but I don't picture myself in this field for the rest of my life. This is why I decided to open up my own business. I felt like it was time to make that change for a better future.
The Story Behind the Name
I wanted my boutique's name to be special me. So I decided to name it after my mom Adela. Honestly, my mom is everything to me. I know there's nothing she wouldn't do for me. She has showed me her unconditional love so many times especially these past years. No matter what it is, she always supports me in everything. Words will never express what she means to me. She is one of the reasons why I decided to do this and to be able to pay her back for everything she has done for me.
Starting My Own Business
I never imagined that one day I would be a business owner. It all happened so fast. One day talking to my fiancé I told him about my plan. He was so supportive about it. After many days and hours of researching on how to go about, I started applying for my permits and license. It was the longest wait ever, but when I received the very last document I needed, the wait was so worth it. I would like to thank my family and friends who have been so supportive. Last but not least, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you come along with me on this new journey and support my small business.
