Meet the Founder

Hi, my name is Yadira, and I am 28 years old. Some of my interests are dancing, shopping, drawing, listening to music, and spending time with my loved ones. I have always tried to take advantage of the opportunity that was given to me. My parents left their home in Guerrero to try and provide a better future for the family. Because of that, I always try to make my parents proud of everything that I do. These past few years have been difficult with so many changes. But through it all, I haven't let that get to me. I have worked full time in the medical field for the past 6 years. I love the experience I have gained from it and all the amazing people I have met especially my patients. I love what I do, but I have come to realize that I don't picture myself in this field for the rest of my life. This is why I decided to open up my own boutique. I felt like it was time to make that change and pursue my dream.

The Story Behind the Name

For the most of us, our moms mean the world to us and I wanted my boutique's name to be special. I was brainstorming so many ideas but nothing felt right. So one day, it just came to me and I decided to name it after my mom Adela. My mom is such caring and loving person. She's everything to me. I know there's nothing she wouldn't do for me. She has showed me her unconditional love so many times especially these past years. No matter what it is, she always supports me. Words will never express what she means to me. She is one of the reasons why I decided to do this. I want to be able to pay her back in some way for all she has done for me.

Starting My Own Business

I always dreamed that one day I would be a business owner, but I never imagined that it would actually be happening. I still can't capture that all this is real. It's been stressful, from the many hours I spent researching on how to go about, to all the planning and then actually applying for everything, on top of my job at the medical center. But when I received the very last document I needed, it felt so worth it. This is only the beginning and I can't wait for what the future holds. I would like to thank my family and friends who have been so supportive, especially my fiancé. All the love you all have demonstrated means so much.
